User

By partially or fully using our services through the website, links, or contacts provided, the user agrees to these terms of use.

Payment is to be made directly to the doctor using the methods indicated by the doctor, with the user's commitment to make the payment once the requested service has been received.

The reimbursement of requested services depends solely on the terms of the user's insurance provider. The doctor performing the service will issue a receipt indicating the beneficiary of the visit and the service's cost.

The user may contact JubiCare for themselves or on behalf of third parties.

The user is required to provide all details necessary to facilitate the delivery of the requested service and help JubiCare in selecting the appropriate solution.

The user agrees to pay a percentage fee if, after the service is requested, the service becomes unavailable or is canceled within 60 minutes of the scheduled time slot.

It is strongly recommended that users verify with their insurance company whether the requested service is reimbursable.

JubiCare

JubiCare acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the healthcare professional. JubiCare will contact and assign a doctor or healthcare professional responsible for delivering the requested service but is not responsible for their performance. Each healthcare professional is responsible for errors, evaluations, actions, omissions, knowledge, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Our services are not substitutes for emergency services, which should be prioritized in cases of necessity.

All clinical, personal, and identification information is confidential and collected solely to ensure the service's delivery.

We do not sell user data to third parties. Information received will not be used for purposes other than those related to the requested service.

Sensitive, personal, or confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorities.

The assigned doctor or healthcare professional will issue a receipt for payment after completing the service. Receipt issuance before service completion is not permitted.

Neither the healthcare professional nor JubiCare is responsible for any denied insurance reimbursements.
